He died of Heart failure sitting at the Sunday dinner table.

Gill I had an uncle Bert Haggar who married Dorothy Ward. Her sister Pearl married Kenneth Parsons who recently died. Of these 4 only Pearl is living. Pearl and Dorothy are my mothers sisters.

On the subject of Haggars - Dorothy and Bert Haggar who lived in Worrall Hill, nr.Lydbrook had 3 children: Doreen, David and Jane.

Kenneth and Pearl Parsons had : Jenny, Robert, Christopher and Roger (the latter being twins)

Many thanks for all this information, it is only recently that I have discovered they came to the Coleford area.

I wasn't sure if it was the right family, but have now found an MI for a George Haggar at Christchurch for 1936, so am now confident it is, thanks for all your help.

I would now like to find descendants of George & Jenny, I have looked on this site for parish records, without luck. I know some must of stayed because there are deaths registered for Forest of Dean on Ancestry.
