Is it the spelling of the surname the reason you ask "Is anyone able to see the actual parish record"?

The parish transcription records on FOD has a Ann Pirk marrying John Jones, Westbury on Severn 15 Apr 1838. Is anyone able to see the actual parish record. Ann was born Staunton but I have found some transcribed parish records online for Staunton, and have come across a Ann Pert baptised 12 March 1812.
