Charlots house or farm near Westbury

I have ancesters in the Westbury on Severn area and one family [John Bellamy]around 1700 is shown as living at Charlots, Netherleigh [now Lower Ley]. I cannot find this, does anyone know of it? It has been transcribed in error on some records as Chaxhill which is near but I have a will of 1706 which says 'of Charlots'.
