As you kindly don't want to create any more work for anyone. I would suggest
that you bookmark the URL for the Latest Additions section of the Photo Gallery
and check the contents occasionally.

Every time I add any new photos to the gallery I also put a copy of the photo in
the Latest Additions section and depending upon what new photos are submitted in
a given time they would remain there for about two weeks or sometimes longer.

Don't want to create work for anyone, but I was just wondering if there was anyway of email notification when new photo's added to the site? I do look in on the boards quite regularily so do see messages when you put them on.
I get the sungreen ones and I would love to get notification of those on this site in a similar way, or am I being awkward? I love looking at the photos.
