<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If he died in 1843 and his residence was given as Newland Almshouse(s) , then I'd start my search in 1841 in the Newland parish ( the Almshouse was close to the church in Newland)...before extending the search outwards !</p>

<title>John Frowen on 1841 census? can't find him.</title>

<p>Can anyone find John Frowen b c 1764/1766, on the 1841 census?  Think he died in 1843, age 79.so should be there, but a couple of us have tried but can't find him!</p>
