Dorothy died in May 2002 in Gloucestershire.I would like to find out who Dorothy's mother was. Dorothy married Raymond W Hale (b 1920 in West Dean) on 16th August 1947 in Coleford. Her father is listed as deceased on the marriage certificate. His name is Albert Robert Smith of Lower Ellwood, Gloucestershire. I believe Albert Robert Smith was born around 1874 but I can find little information out him after 1901. I can't find any information on Albert Robert Smith's wife either. I believe Dorothy had a brother Albert W Smith who is listed as a witness on the marriage certificate. Any help welcome.
