There is a baptism record in the PRs of a William Taylor, born to a Julia Hannah (no surname). Baptised on 16 Nov 1869.

Sounds like Julia is his mother to an unknown father.

Hi There,

Trying to find the parents of William H Taylor born 1870 East Dean, Cinderford, Gloucestershire. William is mentioned in the 1871, 1881, 1891 census, living with Grandmother Sophia Taylor.

Also Julianna / Julia Taylor age 20 in the same 1871 census as William, missing in the following census 1881, 1891, 1901 1911
There is a Julia H Taylor of Gloucestershire,mentioned in the Uk Lunacy patients Admissions Registers.
