Family Search has transcriptions from the Herefordshire Bishops Transcripts for tis Baptism.
Baptism on 16th January 1793 at Ross. I Believe this would have been at the Church of St. Mary The Virgin in Ross.
Father was George Carter
Mother was Sarah Bayly.

Family search have family trees showing siblings for Jemima.
