This birth registration tells us that he is Lilian May's brother.

Whilst the evidence so far suggests that the Lilian May Bullock who had a daughter Kate out of wedlock later married Albert Nelmes we must exercise caution. The decision to obtain the marriage certificate for Lilian May is a wise one.

This is the correct family I looking for as they did have daughter Marion and lived at Northwood Green.

I am looking on behalf of someone else so they will have to get the marriage cert to be able to continue to see if Lilian is the Lily in the 1901 census with father Joseph.
