We must be distant cousins and your grandfather must be William George Felix L. Actually since I posted my request I have unearthed further information but there are still a lot of gaps. I have traced my direct ancestors back to John L died 1541 in Dymock, Glos. I know that the 2xgt grandfather of Thomas L born 1700 Pauntley, died 1753 Churcham, buried Newent, is my 7xgt grandfather and it is Thomas L born 1700 who started the Churcham/Bulley branch. I have numerous old family documents including the hymn book of the above-mentioned Thomas L who must be your 7xgt grandfather. John William Collins Loveridge is my 2 x great Uncle, his brother Henry (Harry) is my great grandfather.
