I am looking for the baptism of Jane Cowles c1756. Jane married Thomas Bennett weston under penyard in 1779. Witnesses were T Merrick + Abiah Hill.

There are no baptisms for a Jane Cowles c1756 on the parish records of this site.

I know she was born 1756 as she died in 1822 and I have her mourning brooch with her age on it. She was buried with Thomas at Mitcheldean church.

On IGI there are two possibilities - both in Pencoyd.....1758 to parents Thomas and Jane OR 1759 to parents William and Elizabeth

Can anyone help.....someone may link her with the witnesses to her marriage Merrick and Hills!
