Ruardean had its own Protestant Dissenters, sure they would have links with others, perhaps in Bristol, Gloucester, cheltenham etc

Charles Rich married Sarah Brain at Ruardean on 20 July 1804 but seems to have come alone from elsewhere - unable to trace his origin. Someone I have lost contact with said Charles Rich was buried at Ruardean 24 May 1835 aged 56 - but then found he was informant at the death of his brother-in-law John Brain 18 Nov 1846! By 1851 his widow has married Cornelius Brain. I checked GRO Deaths 1837-51 but not found Charles.
1841 census should tell if Sarah was a widow then. They were Dissenters - could there be link with a Dissenters' chapel at Bristol where a Charles Rich was christened in 1774?
