Having no luck in locating Osborne Isaac George HANCOCKS's birthdate and death date etc, Know his father was a George HANCOCKS, no idea who Osborne's mother was. Know that both father and son were colliers.
Also that Osborne Isaac George HANCOCKS married Lillian Ugenia ELSMORE(20 Aug 1888 Ellwood, Gloucestershire, England)no death date
