William RUDGE / PROBERT 1811 explanation - Forest of Dean FHT Forum

I'm trying to trace the parents of JAMES PROBERT who married SARAH RUDGEin 1812. I see on the marriage notice that the witnesses were RICHARD PROBERT and MARY PROBERT. I wonder if these people wre James' parents or siblings?

Anybody got any info on this?
