I am really grateful to you > I have sent the info to my mum who is delighted. I am now tempted to find out more, maybe about John Hayward b1809 or Elizabeth Hyett b1817 or just more about any of their lives. I know Elizabeth Hayward died from septacaemia aged 36 after putting a fire out on two small boys with her own hands!\
Can you tell me how you got your information? Do you have to sign up for something??

Hi there
I am trying to trace my ancestry and I was wondering if you have come across Charles Hayward who married Susannah Harris and had a daughter Elizabeth Hayward ( born about 1880) who married James Annetts in 1906.
I was wondering if this Charles was the son of your Isabella and Charles

The IGI states that Charles was baptised at Littledean on 25 July 1824. Parents John HAYWARD and Margaret.

The 1881 Census tells us that Isabella was born in Cinderford. There are a number of ELTON families in East Dean in 1851. A search of the 1841 Census will hopefully establish Isabella's parents as no baptism can be found in the IGI. Alternatively obtaining a copy of her marriage certificate should provide name of her father.

Looking for the family of Charles Hayward of Cinderford. Charles was married to Isabella, & had son Charles & a daughter Margaret. Both Charles & his wife Isabella are buried in St John's Cinderford. Charles died in 1888 & his wife in 1908.
