From the notes I made 20 years ago, the plots rented by Richard Toomey were 31 and 32. John Toomey's land was roughly where plots 46 and 47 were.

I will certainly look at the Dean & Chapter records, if you could let me know which you think I should look at. I am going on Wednesday this week, but can't promise to look at everything then - time just seems to disappear when I am there - it might take a few weeks.

Strange that there is no record of William Toomey's baptism but having now looked at the Churcham parish records on Ancestry, the records for Toomeys are a bit haphazard and are difficult to tie together - marriages seem to be a bit thin on the ground!
