Thomas Fox's mother was a Jane Hawkins. who is shown having a daughter called Sarah b 1776 in Coleford. Jane had a sister b.1747 Newland, called Mary. I found the following entry. I may be way off mark but is it possible that Sarah 'Fox' is Sarah 'Hawkins' b 1779, the daughter of Mary?
