I am posting this in the hope that you can help. My neighbour is a young, 15 year old boy who wants to trace his tree but unfortunately can only go back to the 1920s. I can help him once we get back to the 1901 census but i am not from this area.
What we do know is;
Philip John Colwell b 4 sep 1937 East Dean, married Marian Holford, and Philip died 2nd quarter 1991.
Philip was the son of Dennis Colwell and Gladys ?. We believe that Dennis may have been adopted although we are not certain.
Does anyhone know how we can proceed with this information.
