Gertrude Ada Bradley married Edward John Kilby

I am trying to locate Edward's family on the 1921 UK Census.

Edward died on the Somme in 1917 leaving his wife Gertrude Ada Bradley (1890-1974) and four (4) children:
Edward William Kilby (1910-1990)
Annie Kilby (1911-?)
Ronald Ivor Kilby (1914-1966)
Iris May Kilby (1916-1986)

Gertrude Ada Kilby (nee Bradley) married William Simmons in the 4th quarter of 1921 at Pontypridd district.

Does anyone know where Gertrude and the children were at the time of the 1921 census?

Thanks
I am looking into the surname Good and Goode in England in the 16th and 17th centuries which is proving a much bigger task than I anticipated. I am currently researching Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. I might have some helpful information for you and you might have some information which I haven't found yet. Let me know if you would like to follow this up.

Hi Slowhands

The 1871 James Ruck who married Frances Jones is my 3x Great Granduncle. His parents were John Ruck and Susannah Clifton. My 4x Great Grandparents. His sister Letitia married Edmund Fletcher, my 3x Great Grandparents. Harriet is their daughter.

James Ruck who married Harriet Worgan (nee Fetcher) parents I believe were John Ruck & Hannah Niblett.
Hannah Fetcher is my 2x Great Grandaunt. I have not found this James in 1871.

Hannah C Ruck c1868 - Birth

I'm looking for the parents of Hannah C Ruck c1868 West Dean

She appears in the 1881/1891 census records as the daughter of Harriet (nee Fletcher) and James Ruck.

My problem is I cannot find her birth or any records after 1891.

I don't believe she is Harriets daughter as she doesn't appear in the 1871 census. Also, Harriet was married to George Worgan at this time and he died in 1875.

I do not know if James was married before as I cannot find him in the 1871 census records, and I can only see the civil registration for his marriage to Harriet

WILKS - Doward ->Ruardean. (reply)

Arthur Thomas Wilks was my great grandfather, and a brother to Alfred. Alfred I believe ended up in Gloucester in the 1980s, from a chance remark by my father.

Alfred was lost to the family in the Forest, probably
because he worked on the railway out of Swindon.
