Hannah is the daughter of James COWMEADOW approx 1787 , Moorwood and Mary TINGLE

Parents married 24th March 1807 , Newland by Banns

In August 1829 Hannah was sentenced to seven days in Littledean Goal for stealing peas from a field.

In July 1840 Hannah was again sentenced for stealing potatoes.

Brother William was in and out of trouble, on 31st March 1841 at Gloucester Assizes he was sent to Australia for 21 years, I suspect for highway robbery (stealing a hat) with brother Cornelius.

William settled in Tasmania , and is the head of a Cowmeadow branch....
