I am interested in any marriage information for Eliza CLARKE b.1827 to William CLARKE and Elizabeth GRIFFITHS

In her Aunt Harriett CLARKE's will (1854 I think) she is referred to as Eliza WOOD. Census information after 1861 shows her living in Blakeney Hill with her second husband, Henry WOOD and their four children.

The census for 1851 shows her living on Blakeney Hill with her mother, Elizabeth CLARKE, and at that time her name is listed as Eliza PUGH.

Henry WOOD was born in 1823. son of Jacob WOOD and Sarah INMAN, married Awre 1811.

I haven't been able to find any record of either of her marriages, or the death of Mr. Pugh, who remains nameless for the moment. Her eldest child does not appear on the baptismal records, however, the three youngest (Henry, Sarah Elizabeth and Harriett do.)

Jacob and Sarah WOOD baptised Henry twice, once at Blakeney Chapel and once at Newnham and Blakeney Tabernacle, so there is some history on non-conformism in the family. Additionally, Eliza's youngest brother was for some inexplicable reason buried at Blakeney Baptist (although he and his siblings were all christened at Blakeney Chapel.)

If anyone is able to help me with her marriage information, or anything regarding the mysterious Mr. PUGH I would appreciate it.

Thanks.

S.
