welcome to this great forum and website. The database of photos, Parish Records etc is easily searchable free-of-charge, heres a start.
You don't give dates which would help, but clciking on the Parish Records blue button at top of page allows you to search the PRs, firstly input "John Roberts".
This gives 546 individual Records across the FoD area !!
Now input "Woolaston" as the Parish, presumably; gives just 3 PRs, as follows:

I guess this MAY be your grandfather ?
