Lt Col William MOULE 1824 - 1880 Hewelsfield burial (General)

I can't help much, but can point you to some considerations. I did some searches on the net and came up with a lot of references. Lt. Col. Moule was military and police commander for NZ, or part of it in the 1860's. NZ is referred to in a foregoing post. He named the now city of Hamilton after an RN captain of HMS Esk.

Charles Paget was also army. He may have been from THE Paget family (Marquess of Anglesey). St Georges, Hanover Square (see earlier post) was where the great and the good got baptized and or married. One branch of the Paget family was at Rogate, Surrey.

I tried to find a connection to Hewelsfield. I found some references, but not the substance. It may not be of any significance, Neville Chamberlain is buried in North Hampshire, not Birmingham.
