Which suggests they were definitely still in Glos when the first UK census was taken in 1841, so why no census results from Familysearch ?.

Try tweaking the search filters - golden rule may apply, "less = more", and it seems the family are living in Wales in 1841; perhaps Deborah returned home to be with her mother for the birth, altho this is pre GWR & Severn Bridge etc, so ?
