1891 Schools Lydbrook and Bilson Green areas (General)

Can you please help ?

I am trying to find out if a 7 year old child in Lydbrook would have attended the same school

as a child in Bilson Green in 1891 ?

If so what school would it have been ? and also if there are surviving records from that time ?

The two children in question are George Robb ( gas works managers son)Bilson Green

and Lucy Ellen Phelps ( coal miners daughter of the Queens Head Inn Lydbrook.

Both of whom were born in 1884.
