So I think this is Sarah's, William's and Thomas - sister

William - Son age 5 Scholar, born Lancashire, Warrington
Thomas - Son age 4 born 'ditto'
Ceclia - Daughter age 2 - ditto

and then we have

William SYAR - Boarder - unmarried age 25 Iron Worker Forge Roller born Worcs Stourport
George SYAR - Boarder - unmarried age 20 ditto - Puddle, born Stafford, Wolverhampton
