CLARKE of Newnham (General)

John Clarke,of Newnham b. 1792 m. Sophia Smith of Coaley b. 1796. Their daughter Ann Clarke m. William Boughton in 1845 and they later emigrated to Australia with some of their children. William Boughton's parents were Joseph Boughton and Lucy Barber. I would like to hear from any Australian descendant, but especially from anyone who is researching the Clarkes, Boughtons or Smiths in the Forest of Dean area prior to 1800.

Other surnames are Smithyman, Jones, Wintle, Cadle, Mayo.
