Elizabeth Ann Marshall signs herself as cousin to Elizabeth Rook (nee Prosser).

You certainly have the right Elizabeth Prosser marrying Joseph Rook. She had definite family links with Pontypool/Usk/Llandogo and the family said there was some connection with Ross on Wye and Hereford.
