Smallpox Hospital - Longford (General)

In the early 1900's Field Farm near Longford, Gloucester was a smallpox hospital.

I have found an Arthur Jack Howell b 1908 in the Smallpox Hospital in 1911, so wonder if this could be him.

Where was this entry - Gloucestershire ?
