Which John Vaughan b. abt 1780 marries Anna Maria Yemm (General)

I know that this is an old thread but I have just come across it. John Vaughan born 1778 married Anna Maria Yemm, his parents were William Vaughan born 1748 and Hanah Jemime Bennett born 1755, my gggg grandparentsish. Anna amd John's children were Lettis, John, Jane and Elizabeth.

Hannah and William had other children, Ann, John, Fanny, Hannah, Jane and William (my ggg grandfather). I have done extensive Vaughan research and havent at all come across a John marrying his cousin Hannah. I will keep an eye out and try to find out but this is the info i have at the mo.
