1841 Census for George MARSHAL / BYRNE (General)

Hi

Thanks Slowhands. I despair of this one!

Seems coincidental the Burns family living at Joyford in 1841 but he looks too young to be Georges 'father'. Can't be anyway 'cos father was John!

The marriage states John Byrne is a Freeholder as occupation. What would that mean exactly?
