Parish Records Register Reference - Forest of Dean FHT Forum

Looking for some info on the Parish Records of the Forest of Dean. If the Register_Reference Numbers are the same does that mean they are part of the family? I have several papers that say P18 IN 1/8 so I'm thinking they are all one family. Than I have another set that are P18 IN 1/7 and so...would all P18 be part of one family?
