Baynham Farm (General)

I am trying to find out more about Baynham Farm, East Dean near Sutton Lodge and Wellington Farm. I have a part of a map of 1881 with the farm on but can't find anything more about the farm, my Great,Great,Great Grand father on the 1841 Census lived and worked the farm, but I dont know If he owned It or was tennant on the farm, can you help.
