James MORSE & Eliza SMITH, Ruspidge (General)

I need some help sorting out the children of James & Eliza Morse please.
The ones I know about are:

Eliza Ann (abt 1871) Married Thomas William Timms
Emma (abt 1873) Married Edwin Painter
James William (1875) Married Caroline Wright (my grandparents)
Charles (1877) Married Harriett Halford
Ann (1881)
Matthew (1886)
Frank E (1891) Married Minnie Halford
Daisy Florence (abt 1893) Married John P. Partridge
Ruth (1895)

Question 1
I have also come across an Albert Thomas and John Morse both born early 1880s. They would fill the gaps nicely but I don't know if they are mine! Albert married Elizabeth Betterton and John married Mary Hale.

I can't find a marriage or burial for Ruth

I can't find a marriage or burial for Ann

Question 4
Charles & Frank married Harriett & Minnie Halford respectively - were they sisters?
