Ellen Eva Belcher nee Baynham born 1874 in Westbury on Severn.
My great grand mother Ellen Eva Belcher was known as Red Ellen, and ran soup kitchens for striking miners in the 30's in the Westbury on Severn area.
Does anyone know anything about her or know of where I might find information on her activities ?
