If you search the Gloucester Record Office online Genealogical Database at http://ww3.gloucestershire.gov.uk/genealogy/Search.aspx
you will see that they hold a Will for Evan Jenkins of Bream dated 1734

I would recommend that you obtain a copy as often Wills can be quite informative. Gloucestershire Archives can supply for a small fee and you can get further information from the web site. Go to: http://www.gloucestershire.gov.uk/index.cfm?articleid=1348
To start I would suggest you email: archives@gloucestershire.gov.uk quote the item of interest including the reference and ask for a quote.
