Inquest into James BRAIN 1869 (General)

I had a look on the fod inquests and tapped in the name Brain. It came up with a James Brain died about 1869 one of the jury was a Joseph Brain.I wondered if anyone knows if this James was the one who was married to Agnes .I know James was alive in 1861 but on the next cencus he has gone .James and Agnes married about 1832 and had a son called Joseph .If it is james his son Joseph would only have been 16 .The ref number on the inquest is co4/2/1 PAGE 88 grateful for any information .
