Name Dorothy Rosetta Watkins (General)

My Great Aunt was named Dorothy Rosetta Watkins, I have noticed on the 1891 census, another Child named the same, also belonging to another Watkins Family, from Monmouth.

I wondered whether! anybody can help me please? these two christian names have cropped up three times, so far, in the Watkins family!! are thereh any more?
