Which Richard Baldwin married 1770 (General)

On the 15th October 1770 Richard Baldwin married Sarah Herbert at Ruardean.
Sarah Herbert was baptised 11 Sept 1748 at Ruardean to parents William Herbert and Margaret Wood.
There is however a choice of Richard Baldwin's.
I favour the Richard Baldwin born 1744 for whom I do not know the parents but would really like to. I do know that A Richard Baldwin was buried in Ruardean 6 November 1816 with an age quoted as 72, which indicates there was a Richard Baldwin being born 1744. The entry states Richard Senior.
There is another Richard Baldwin for whom I do know the parentage. Richard Baldwin baptised 30 Jan 1731 to a James Baldwin 1693 & Sarah Robbins.

Richard Baldwin & Sarah Herbert had 8 children including a Richard & a William. The information below is interesting to anyone studying this famly, but unfortunnately doesn't determine which Richard :

In 1842/3 William Baldwin, a shopkeeper (63), of Ruardean brought an action against the vicar, Rev. Henry Formby, for extending the churchyard and in doing so exposing the bones of his parents Richard and Sarah and of his brother Richard. He must have lost his case because costs of £6.16.8 were awarded against him.

Richard Baldwin, son of Richard & Sarah was buried Ruardean 20 May 1840
