WILLIAM SAUNDERS, maltster of Monmouth, early 1800s

Can anyone provide information about WILLIAM SAUNDERS or his wife MARY of Monmouth in the first decade of the 19th Century. He was at one point recorded as a maltster and they had three children baptised in St Mary's parish church, Monmouth: JOHN SAUNDERS (1809/10-), Sarah ANN SAUNDERS (1811-) and WILLIAM SAUNDERS (1812-).. Sarah Ann married at Newland in 1836, and it is just possible that the family had moved across the Wye by then. When and where did William and Mary marry and where did they end their days? Any information will be greatly appreciated.
