Sorry for muddying the waters lol the Giles I am on about is Charles father who married Susan Jordan (Not the other Willow sorry - first time on this board)

Yes I am descended from the Elizabeth who married John Beard via their daughter Ann. The family moved to Cookley in Worcs from Newland. I didnt know about the other Mary - did she die young? they had another daughter called Mary b 1848 (or I have seriously got the wrong family!)Most of the Beard family ended up in Wolverhampton

I have William Knights parents as Richard and Ann but havent been able to trace them back any further although I have found several of his siblings. I have Esthers parents as John and Nancy Morgan but I am stuck with those as well
