They were living in Joys Green a few years later so may have been there in 1880 as the infant Oliver was born in Drybrook which is not far from Joys Green.
Group number 68864 in Gloucestershire 1881 Census.

District 14 - 1881 !
That part of Lower Lydbrook in East Dean
Joys Green, Coles Rock, and Well Tump
The housing is Lydbrook was spread out at that time, I get a feeling that this was the area nr the Sawyers Arms - but its a feeling not yet backed up by map evidence :-)
