James VAUGHAN 1770 Tidenham (General)

Tidenham as place of birth is based on this 1851 census return. Unfortunately I haven't yet found him family on the 1841 census.

It is a long shot - but Robert Vaughan b 1749 Woolaston and Elizabeth (Hoskins) had a son James baptised in Tidenham 25th March 1770, whereas Nancy & George's son James was baptised 31 Dec 1771 in Newent. What do you think? Have you got a clear connection between James and George & Nancy?
