I was looking at this very same person last week, and I also thought that the Thomas WEAVER in London was the same person, but I didn't know about the US connexion. I have followed up on his sister Mary Ann WEAVER who married who according to my research married William SWEET in Monmouth in 1893.

Tabitha HULIN is related to me, albeit distantly.
