Josiah [Joseph] Low[e] of Blakeney - Forest of Dean FHT Forum

Josiah Low identified by slowhands is the same as the Joseph you have found as a Whitesmith in the 1851 and 1861 census. Josiah married Harriet Bugby c1801 and they had eleven children. I have no record of a Jabez Lowe born to Josiah and Harriet.
