My great great grandfather was from the forest of dean,his name is James hawkins,he was born at viney hill in 1835,he became a primitive methodist minister.it would appear his father was a george hawkins who was a proprieter of stone quarries,and thats all i know.i dont have any photos of them or anything,i dont even know my grandfathers mothers name if anybody can help me with this i would be very grateful.
