On the marriage entry of his daughter Hellen Robins to Charles Dorrington 1919 @ Woolaston, it states in the MEMO Killed in War.
The NOTES then go to say MEMO refers to Brides father.
Now I know that her brother Harry was killed in WW1, so does this refer to him instead or was Henry killed in the Boer War?.

Details of other relatives would NOT be included.

It clearly states it was the brides father Henry Colewell ROBINS that was killed in the war. Though it does seem strange that at the of 47 he was killed in a war and also the Boer War ended 1902. Maybe the Vicar was given incorrect information that was entered in the Parish Register. Obtaining a copy of the death certificate of Henry would probably reveal the truth.
