If you have Ancestry.co.uk. it has Hazel Iris Evans's death registered in Southend. Gives her birth date as 18 Oct 1908 ( over the 100 year rule )

The caution is simply that the Noter is asking to contact relatives /relations ( I assume that most of these will be < 100yrs old)

E'mail contact is probably more appropriate , but an open forum is almost certainly not.
