Noah Mason (General)
Hi Everyone,
This is my first time to use this so please make allowances for any mistakes.
I am a direct descendant of Noah Mason 1838. He was my GG Grandfather.
I am trying desperatley to get hold of a photo of him, one does exist I know,
because I saw it about twenty years ago at the funeral of Doris Mason, his Granddaughter. Unfortunatly nobody seems to know whose photo it was or where it is. It might help if I say, I think he had a wooden leg. Anybody out there want to be my Hero ?

Hello Phil Noah Mason was my Fathers grt grt Grandfather too,Noahs Daughter Ellen was my Dads grt Grandmother,it is beleaved Ellen married one of Noahs brothers(Benjamin) sons who was deaf and dumb as were several of their offspring which would of made Ellens husband her first cousin we found out that Noahs other brother Jotham was witness at the marriage.They went on to have a Daughter Florence Evelin Mason my Dads nan who married a Edward Jones and went to live in Abertillery with him in South Wales,i take it if Noah is related to you you must be related to us?We are aware that Noah married Charlotte Barnard would you know anything of her family?My Father would love to hear from you All the best Duncan

Hi there ive just viewed the post on Noah Mason im now wondering (forgive me for being a bit slow!)am i right in thinking as my Father always has that Ellen did indeed marry her cousin?Also as my Fathers Nan was Florence Evelyn Mason who married John Jones and moved to Abertillery as did the Tippins would he still have any relatives from those 2 families around to day?

I have no record myself perhaps others have, but I suspect there are a number of such relatives.
I can tell you about Ellen's relationships, her first unmarried partnership with George Mason - he was her 2nd cousin, her marriage to George Tippins - he was her 3rd cousin.
