I think from your Description, you are looking for Hoggins Farm Cottages, which are on the St Briavels to Bream Road - if you go into Google Maps, the Postcode is GL15 6RA. My Dad always referred to these as The Hoggins too. They used to have a Field or two behind them and I seem to remember they were once Farmworkers Cottages attached to Great Hoggins Farm.
